Gelman Library will be closed May 17 - August 17, 2025, for a significant HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system maintenance project. Media Reserves Procedures

Please complete this request form for media reserves. Links will be provided via the library catalog or in some cases added to your Blackboard course.

  • Requests for electronic media reserves are generally fulfilled within seven business days.
  • Some purchases may take from 4-6 weeks to become available.

To request any title, complete the Media Reserves Request Form.

Items from Swank Digital Campus, Kanopy, and other providers may also be requested and linked to the library catalog.

The following media items are NOT eligible for media reserves:

  • Titles from Netflix or other subscriber-only services
  • Titles from commercial vendors not licensed for academic use
  • Titles not available on DVD
