Kelsey graduated in 2017 from the University of Glasgow with an ALA certified Master's of Science in Information Management and Preservation. She worked for four years at the University of Texas San Antonio Libraries as a library assistant in the access services department. Kelsey joined George Washington University LAI in April 2022 as a library supervisor in the access services department and facilitates the staffing of Eckles library as well as the hiring and managing of student employees.
