Gelman Library will be closed May 17 - August 17, 2025, for a significant HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system maintenance project. Reserves Request Form

For Summer 2025 course reserve requests, please note that the Gelman Library building will be closed and we will be providing electronic reserves services only.

This form is to be submitted by instructors only. Please fill out the form below to request books to be acquired for a course, or articles or chapters to be scanned for e-reserves. Please allow five business days for staff to post the scanned files to Blackboard. In some cases it may take over a week depending on the availability of the book.
