Printing

To print from any computer in the Virginia Science and Technology Library, you need a NetID or WEPA account and funds on your GWorld card, WEPA account or a credit card.

Review Colonial Printing payments page for the costs of printing. Save money and promote sustainability by printing double-sided in black and white.

GW enrolled students receive a $30 printing credit at the beginning of the academic year. Select "WEPA account" as your payment type in order to use the printing credit at the kiosk.

One Colonial Printing (WEPA) kiosk is located in the library. Other kiosks are located throughout the university.

NetID users should enter their NetID@gwu.edu and password at the login prompt to print from our library computers. These include current students, faculty, and staff of the university and the law and medical schools. If you have not claimed your netID, go to https://identity.gwu.edu.

Guests and visitors can create a WEPA account or print directly from a USB or flash drives.

Payment options include GWorld and WEPA printing cards, student WEPA credits, and credit/debit cards. A $0.40 per job transaction fee is added for credit card/debit card payments at the WEPA printing kiosks. Cash is not accepted at the WEPA kiosks or by library staff for printing.

For detailed information, including Wireless (laptop), USB, mobile, email to print, and Guest Accounts, go to https://printing.gwu.edu/how-to-print.

If your job does not print properly, contact our printing partner, WEPA, at support.wepanow.com (use the "Live Chat" button or call 1-800-675-7639) or GW Academic Technologies (email acadtech@gwu.edu or call 202-994-7900).
