Dr. Kristen Luck works in the Okinawa Collection and Japan Resource Center, where she provides research services, resource support, and collection development.  She holds a MA in Asian Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration and MPA in Policy Analysis and Evaluation from the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University.  Her work focuses on Japanese public policy with an emphasis on law, society, and gender.
