NOTICE:

Access to the Gelman and VSTC Library buildings is available only to residential students and to GW students, faculty, and staff who have special permission to be on campus (the on-campus cohort) and a quarantine status of "cleared." Those who are not part of the on-campus cohort will not have physical access to campus buildings. Seat reservations are required.

Library Computers

Guests of the library can create guest accounts visiting filling out a registration form online or at any of the public computers in the library. To complete your registration, bring a photo ID to the Ask Us Desk or any service desk at the Eckles or Virginia Campus libraries. Guest accounts are valid for up to 6 months. If your account expires, see visit the desk to have it renewed or create a new account.

Printing

To use the printing kiosks, register for an account with our service provider WEPA. When you register, select "A Guest User" as your school. You can use a courtesy card, credit from your WEPA account, or a credit card to pay for print jobs. You do not need to register an account if you are printing from a USB drive and wish to pay with a credit card.

Wireless

Visitors should connect to the GW_Connect wireless network. You may self-register for this network. Begin by connecting to the GW_Connect wireless network, and opening your web browser. At this point you should be redirected to a registration page (If you are not redirected, navigate to my.gwu.edu). Complete instructions and connection support are available from the GW Information Technology (login required).
