Equipment Reservation Account Creation
Submit this form to request access to the WebCheckout Self-Reservation System. Once the form is submitted, the Solutions Center office will contact you within two business days to confirm your access to the system has been granted.
- Please visit our Quick Guide for more information on using WebCheckout for equipment reservations. The equipment listed in the WebCheckout System can be checked out for three days by current GW students. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Plan to pick up your equipment at the Check Out Desk on the entrance floor of Gelman Library at your appointed time. If you miss your appointment pick-up time, the items you requested may no longer be available.
- Equipment must be returned to the Check Out Desk at the provided return time. Equipment returned with missing components will not be considered a completed return until all items are returned. Note that fines may accrue if the equipment is not returned completely and on-time. Do not sign out equipment for anyone else as you will be held responsible for any damages or loss.
Please note: Equipment can only be picked up from the Check Out Desk during their operating hours. Same-day pickups are not available.
