Research Poster Printing
The CREATE Digital Studio houses a large-format printer to print student research posters. Please read through the important information below before you submit your print request.
Who?
Free printing is only available for current GW students with an active GWorld card that provides entry into Gelman Library. Library staff will not bring your posters to the front door if you can not get inside. Please visit the GWorld office in the University Student Center for any questions about GWorld.
What?
CREATE provides free printing for research posters. No other print requests will be accepted.
How long?
All printing is done first come, first serve. We can not guarantee that your research poster will be printed at any specific time and printing will only occur during CREATE staffed hours. Typical printing time is 1 - 2 business days (Sunday-Friday). This may take up to 4 business days during the months of April and May when printing demand is highest. We reserve the right to refuse to print a research poster if it does not meet our requested requirements.

Creating & Preparing Research Posters for Printing
For creating posters, we strongly recommend using Canva or Adobe Express, both of which are free through the university. We DO NOT recommend using PowerPoint to create your poster as the export quality from PowerPoint is unreliable.
