Students often deal with a high amount of stress. This workshop, presented by Colonial Health Center, will help attendees learn how to manage stress in healthy ways. The presentation will include games, word associations, and coloring. Through pictionary and some instruction, students will learn about how to incorporate self-care into their lives.
