Pillow Talk: How to Sleep Your Way to Success

National Public Health Week

Who: GW students who like to sleep, eat pizza, and succeed!

What: A free interactive workshop focused on improving the amount and quality of your sleep. Learn strategies to create a better sleep environment in your dorm, apartment, row house, or bae's bed.

Why: Sleep is proven to improve overall health and well-being, decrece stress, and enhance academic and career success. Learn how to get a good nights sleep.

This event is part of National Public Health Week and is sponsored by Colonial Health Center.
