I Thought Procrastination Was Bad?

This event has already taken place, please don't try to go to it!

This hands-on workshop is aimed to help students understand procrastination and what drives procrastination. Students will walk away with techniques on how to avoid bad procrastination and manage negative stress in their lives.

All sessions will be first-come, first served and are free to GW students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Attendance requires no reservation.

This workshop is part of the Study Skills Workshops series. Academic Commons has paired up with the Office for the Student Experience to host academic skills workshops in the residence halls. This series will explore different topics to help students reach their academic goals with everything from how to prepare for class, to how to deal with procrastination. All are welcome to attend the workshops.
