How to Research to Land a Job/Internship on Capitol Hill

Looking for a job or internship on Capitol Hill? Join Mag Gottlieb, Director of Career Services at the Graduate School of Political Management, and librarian David Ettinger for a workshop that will help put you on the inside track to finding a position. Learn how to identify prospects, network effectively, and put your best foot forward.

This workshop is part of the Ready to Work Career Series, which introduces the practical skills you need to get the job and impress the boss. Other workshops in this Spring 2017 series are Finding Information on Firms and Companies, Finding Information on Industries, Developing Engaging Presentations, Building a WordPress Portfolio, Shaping Your Professional Online Presence, Essential Congressional Research, and How to Research to Land a Job/Internship on Capitol Hill.  All sessions will be first-come, first served.
