Do you plan to use artworks or photos to illustrate your thesis, publication, blog, or product? Librarians Shira Eller and Morgan Stoddard will help save your project from getting snarled by copyright restrictions! Learn more about finding openly accessible visual content and how to properly cite those images. We will also briefly discuss obtaining copyright permissions.
This workshop is part of the Research at the Next Level Workshop Series, which offers the practical skills you need to improve your research and save time doing it. Other workshops in this Spring 2017 series are Crossing the Finish Line: Uploading Your Electronic Thesis or Dissertation (ETD), Basics of Graduate Research, Exploring Beyond Gelman: Advanced Research Skills, Keeping Up with New Research, Citation Chasing & Cited Reference Searching, Find and Use Open Access Images, and Copyright Basics for Graduate Students. All sessions will be first-come, first served.
