The way you structure a discussion can have a big impact on how much learning takes place. We’ll tackle discussion protocols, tips for broadening student participation, how to keep discussions on track, whether/how to grade discussion, and more. Please bring a laptop.

This workshop is part of the Teaching for Engagement series for GW faculty members seeking to enhance their skills in the classroom to increase student engagement.
