Essential Congressional Research

Essential Congressional Research

Did you land your dream job on Capitol Hill this summer or are you interested in working for Congress? Then be sure to join librarians David Ettinger and Morgan Stoddard at this workshop where they will review the essentials of congressional research. Students will leave this workshop ready to impress with their knowledge of the key resources for finding information on the U.S. Congress!

This workshop is part of the Ready to Work Career Series, which introduces the practical skills you need to get the job and impress the boss. Other workshops in this Spring 2017 series are Finding Information on Firms and Companies, Finding Information on Industries, Developing Engaging Presentations, Building a WordPress Portfolio, Shaping Your Professional Online Presence, Essential Congressional Research, and How to Research to Land a Job/Internship on Capitol Hill.  All sessions will be first-come, first served.
