A successful graduate student participates in the research conversation of her/his field. If you need help getting started, this workshop will help you find out how to stay current. You'll learn how to set up journal table of contents alerts, search alerts, and identify key journals in your field.
Lit Review How To is a series of workshops for graduate students working on a literature review for a thesis or dissertation. These 30-minute workshops will teach tips to save you time and sanity. Please bring your own computer.
Attendees are invited to stick around for sessions on Mapping Your Research, Citation Management, Citation Chasing, and Searching Beyond Gelman happening from 9am-noon. This workshop is also offered on Monday, January 18 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day).
