Blackboard Collaborate Ultra

Join the Instructional Technology Lab to learn about Blackboard Collaborate Ultra! Come discover the essentials of Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, the new version of the synchronous virtual classroom tool, beginning with a general geography of the new and improved user interface and ending with a practice session. Participants will leave the workshop with hands-on experience in features such as text and voice chat, PowerPoint slideshow delivery, and desktop sharing.

This workshop is part of the Getting Started with Technology Workshop Series for faculty members and teaching assistants interested in learning existing and new technology to enhance their teaching. Other workshops in this Spring 2018 series are Getting Started with Blackboard in 45 Minutes, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra (Live Virtual Classroom), Getting Started with Student Response Systems, and Tools for Creating Online Lectures. All sessions will be first-come, first served.
