Basics of Graduate Research

What is a Literature Review, and what information do you need to begin one? Librarian Zach Elder will give you tips on how to begin your search, discover keywords, and narrow your topic. Save time and frustration by discovering how to find the right databases and resources for your discipline using GW Libraries’ tools.

This workshop is also offered on Friday, November 4, Noon - 12:30 p.m.

This workshop is part of the Research at the Next Level Series, which offers the practical skills you need to improve your research and save time doing it. Other workshops in this Fall 2016 series are Exploring Beyond Gelman: Advanced Research Skills, Citation Chasing & Cited Reference Searching, Special Collections Revealed, and Keeping Up with New Research.  All sessions will be first-come, first served.
