The Gelman Library building is closed for a significant HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system maintenance project. Himmelfarb Health Sciences Library remains available for students and faculty of SMHS, GWSPH, and SON. For faculty and for students enrolled in summer courses at other GW schools, the Burns Law Library is available through August 10, 2026.

Middle East and North Africa Research Center (MENA) is the most recent collection established in the GRC. MENA supports the research needs of those actively engaged in the study of the region, and offers high-level, specialized research support tailored to the needs of researchers interested in the cultures, politics, economies, governments and current affairs of the Middle East and North Africa.
