With Finals Week and the general business of academics, it can get a little stressful! Feeling mentally fatigued by this time of the semester? No worries! The last few steps before the success are always the hardest. Join us for this interactive workshop for some extra motivation to keep you going to the end of the semester. This workshop will discuss strategies for dealing with exam stress, methods for relaxation and strategies for effective studying.
Students will learn how mental fatigue impacts academic performance and will be able to better assess and manage their workload before finals. Students will also develop exam prep strategies.
This workshop is part of the Skills for Academic Success series which features effective strategies to advance your academic performance at GW.
