During operating hours, building access is available to GW students, faculty, and staff who have completed all of the steps outlined on GW's Onward website. No one will be allowed to sign in without a physical GWorld card or enter the library if their GWorld card tap is denied. A Virtual Reading with David and Margaret Talbot

David and Margaret Talbot will be reading from their newly published book By the Light of Burning Dreams and discussing their work.

David Talbot is the New York Times bestselling author of The Devil's Chessboard, Brothers: The Hidden History of the Kennedy Years, Season of the Witch, and, most recently, the memoir Between Heaven and Hell. He founded the pioneering magazine Salon, and he was a senior editor of Mother Jones and a columnist for The San Francisco Chronicle. Talbot lives in San Francisco.

Margaret Talbot has been a staff writer at The New Yorker magazine since 2004, and was previously a contributing writer for The New York Times magazine, and executive editor of The New Republic. She's the author of The Entertainer: Movies, Magic, and My Father's Twentieth Century, and the recipient of a Whiting Award, among other honors. She lives in Washington, D.C.
