Want to learn how to make a dynamic website for a personal or research project? Using a Content Management System (CMS), such as Drupal or WordPress, can allow you to publish your content in a manageable way. This reliable and secure CMS is built on the PHP programming language and powers millions of applications and websites. Learn the basics of Drupal to create a blog or a website with ease. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is recommended for working with Drupal, but will not be required for this workshop. Participants will leave with a beginner level of expertise in building websites using Drupal.
Prior to the workshop, participants are encouraged to install a development environment capable of running PHP and MySQL, such as XAMPP.
