Center for Undergraduate Fellowships & Research

A division of GW Libraries and Academic Innovation, the Center for Undergraduate Fellowships & Research (CUFR) provides GW undergraduates and alumni with information, guidance, and support as they learn about and apply for research opportunities and national fellowship competitions.

CUFR’s efforts to expand research opportunities for GW undergraduate students are linked to the University's goals, outlined in the Strategic Plan for Academic Excellence, of enhancing "challenge, discovery, and quality in undergraduate education" and increasing "the scope and excellence of the GW research enterprise." We believe that nothing can get students excited and involved like working with faculty mentors to answer real questions and solve real problems in their fields.
