GW Alumni Entrance Policies

Access and Entry Requirements

In the 2020-21 academic year, entrance to Gelman library is only available to residential students and to GW students, faculty, and staff who have special permission to be on campus (the on-campus cohort). Those who are not part of the on-campus cohort will not have physical access to campus buildings. During this time, alumni are not eligible to access the libraries. 

Borrowing Privileges

Borrowing privileges are extended to GW Alumni for $50 per year.  Alumni with borrowing privileges may request items through the catalog and pick them up in the front lobby of Gelman Library by appointment.
