Please join us as the National Churchill Library and Center and the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) welcome John R. Sandweg, former Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under President Barack Obama.  Mr. Sandweg will discuss the potential economic effects from changes to global immigration policies.

Prior to serving as Acting Director, Mr. Sandweg served as Acting General Counsel for ICE.  Previously, he served as Counselor at the Department of Homeland Security.  He is frequently quoted regarding immigration and security issues in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, NPR, and elsewhere.
