The Campaigning for Change workshop series is designed to train undergraduate and graduate students in community organizing and advocacy. Workshops will be led by faculty from the Graduate School of Political Management and cover topics like grassroots engagement, coalition building, and message development. Is there a change you want to make? A social justice issue you want to address? Campaigning for Change is a new initiative to honor the life and legacy of César Chávez by preparing students for actionable commitments to community organizing. The workshop will be led by faculty from GW's Graduate School of Political Management (GSPM) and cover topics like message development, coalition building, and campaign design. This is a new initiative co-sponsored by GSPM and the Honey W. Nashman Center for Civic Engagement and Public Service.
