Request Items: Interlibrary Loan (for the Off-Campus Community)

Step 1: From the Gelman Library homepage, in the left hand column, click on Interlibrary Loan.
Step 2 : On the Interlibrary Loan page, click on the blue Place a Request button and log in.
Step 3: Click on "Change User Information" and confirm your status, your GWID, preferred delivery method and mailing address. Review it and fill in the required fields. This is what it ought to look like. Then click the blue "Submit Information" button.
Make sure the Delivery Methods are set to "Mail to Address". Be sure "Yes" is selected in "Preferred Electronic Delivery if Possible".
Make sure the Status is set to "Distance Ed Grad"
Step 3: In the left hand menu, choose one of the two options, New Request: Article or New Request: Book or Video. The Request Form opens up. Fill in the required fields. Then click the blue "Submit Request" button.
Step 4 : You will see a transaction number on the screen. Now you can exit the system or place more requests. Watch your email or check My Library Account for updates on the status of your request.
